Online Triathlon Program

To offer high quality individualised written triathlon training programs designed for those athletes who are

time poor.  Athletes are able to complete their training in their own time and from their own venues backed

up by full email support and access to coaching tips and at many different local race days.

Program Information

• On joining the online program a race schedule and/or goals will be devised
• The training program will be individually designed around each athletes individual circumstances

           with respect to the program goals

• Online Training programs are written monthly and sent at beginning of the month
• Feedback from the coach via email – response within 48 hours to all questions
• Members will also have access to training camps and seminars that will be held from time to time

           through the Carina LeaguesTriathlon Club

Coaching Contact with Warwick Dalziel

• Will be available through email to answer questions and provide advice about training
• At designated local race days such as the Gatorade Series, Noosa and Mooloolaba  where

           club members are racing at the club tent

• At regular training seminars
• At training camps to be held by the Club

Program Fees

• Carina Leagues Triathlon Club Membership of $30 per year
• Monthly Rate  $100 per month paid directly to the Carina Leagues Triathlon Club via post to
