All training sessions are conducted from the Clem Jones Centre at Zahel Street, Carina. The centre provides the club with a fully heated 50m pool, 25m pool, various running tracks within the complex, and a fully equipped gymnasium.
All sessions are personalised taking into account the athletes level, fatigue and risk of injury.
Much emphasis is put on the development of correct technique. We also highlight the need for correct recovery and warm down techniques.

Afternoon sessions begin at 4.30pm for the benefit of junior and professional athletes. Senior athletes who have work comittments are encouraged to attend as soon as is practical for the afternoon sessions.
